Sheila Silvernail - Administrative Director - Sheila's experience in many areas keeps our company running smoothly. Her dedication to details allows our company to maintain the original concepts we were started with - Honesty and Integrity.

John Ongley - Cabinetmaker - John is a craftsman with years of experience which allows our cabinet shop to produce fine pieces. Our cabinetry, millwork, doors and windows are all created with quality, for our clients to enjoy for many years to come.

Sean O’Connell - Production Manager - Sean controls all the material ordering and scheduling for our team of carpenters, always keeping them abreast of changing details. He is responsible for organizing subcontractor and specialty trades so our production is seamless. His ultimate goal is to give the client a good project done on time and with lasting quality.

Michael Garfield - President / Owner - Oversees the General Management, Design and Marketing. With 30 years of carpentry experience and 20 years of contracting experience, his goal is simple - satisfied clients and happy employees.
